Transparent, Fee-Only Pricing
Meridian Wealth Advisors operates on a fee-only basis. We do not receive commissions, referral fees, or any other compensation from third parties. This ensures our advice is always aligned with your best interests.

Important Notes:
- Fees are billed quarterly in arrears based on the average daily balance of the account.
- Financial planning fees are waived for accounts over $1,000,000.
- A one-time onboarding fee of $500 applies to new accounts under $1,000,000.
- Fee schedule is subject to change with 30 days written notice to clients.
How We Bill
- Fees are calculated based on the average daily balance of your managed accounts during each calendar quarter.
- Advisory fees are billed quarterly in arrears and deducted directly from your account, unless you request invoicing.
- You will receive a detailed fee statement each quarter showing the calculation methodology and total amount billed.
What's Included
Our management fee covers:
- Ongoing investment management and portfolio rebalancing
- Quarterly performance reporting
- Semi-annual advisory meetings (in-person or virtual)
- Access to our secure client portal
- Unlimited phone and email support from your advisory team
- Tax-loss harvesting in taxable accounts
Fee Negotiation
Fees may be negotiable based on the complexity of your financial situation, the total relationship size across related accounts, and other factors. Multi-generational family relationships may qualify for preferential fee arrangements.
Additional Costs
In addition to our advisory fees, your accounts will incur:
- Custodian fees: Charged by Charles Schwab (our primary custodian) for account maintenance and transaction processing
- Fund expenses: Underlying expense ratios of mutual funds and ETFs held in your portfolio (we favor low-cost options)
- Trading costs: Any applicable transaction or trading fees assessed by the custodian
